The project is built on a land of 7000 m2 with 269 apartments and 15 shops. Different styles of apartments are available in one tower consisting of 33 floors.
• The project is valued for its strategic location and proximity to commercial malls, universities, schools and the fastest means of transportation in Istanbul, which is the metrobus on the E5 main road.

• The project is a distinctive area, two of the largest shopping malls are available in addition to other shopping malls such as perla vista,akbati ,and torium .

• Esenyurt district is one of the developing districts in Istanbul which constantly has construction works.
• This district had been underpopulated and unserved befor the goverment started to give opportunities to invest in this district by well known construction companies
• In 2011 the price of 1 square meter in this district was 762 Turkish lira and in 2020 it increased to 2.822 Turkish lira per square meter.
• Soon a metro station will be opened that connects esenyurt to other districts and areas in Istanbul and this will lead to increase the prices in real estate market.
• The area of the project is in accordance with civilization standards based on the replacement of old buildings by new organized ones .
