• Beylikdüzü is one of the best sellers in real estate market in Istanbul. in 2011 price of 1 square meter was 877 TL, but currently and until the end of 2019 price has reached 2.509 TL on average but of course in some areas in Beylikdüzü price is 7.000 TL for square meter.
• The municipality of Beylikdüzü is now working on creating a huge park starting from the area of -adnan kahveci- reaching the sea of Marmara, initial phase is finished, it includes artificial lakes, restaurants, cafes and outdoor theatre. second phase is in progress within a valley in a walking distance from the project till the sea of Marmara.
