It is a short-term residence permit in Turkey, with a period of two years, automatically renewed, granted to persons who own one or more properties in Turkey along with their families (children under 18). This residence is granted by the Immigration Department of the Turkish Ministry of Interior.
- This permit grants its owner most of the rights of the Turkish citizen in terms of (ownership, official department transactions, registering children in schools or universities, obtaining a driver's license, opening bank accounts, etc.).
- The owner of this permit and his accompanying family members (children under 18) can enter the territory of the Turkish Republic without a visa.
- Real estate residence permit can be considered as a semi-permanent residence in Turkey, it is only renewed every two years.

1- The blue tabu denotes that the property is undeveloped land, or that development on the site has recently commenced.
2- The red tabu indicates that independent portions of the project have been approved after the property's development has been completed.
Pafta no: The number of a plot within a group of adjacent plots.
Ada no: Island number (a group of adjacent plots surrounded by streets or the like on all sides).
Parsel no: The number of full plots with building permits in the municipality.
Niteliği: Characterization and description of the property
Yüzölçümü: The entire property or project's land area.
Kat mülkiyeti: indicates whether the project has a ready housing permit.
Kat irtifakı: separate unit ownership such as an apartment, an office, and so on. (The project is under construction or does not have housing yet).
