• As we mentioned before, Beyoglu municipality is one of the most deep-rooted and majestic municipalities in which there are many public and private hospitals, such as the Australian Specialized Surgical Hospital.
• As is the case in all Istanbul municipalities, there are many private and public schools, such as the Galatasaray Private School and Beyoglu Public School.

Location

• The area chosen for the project is one of the most attractive areas in Istanbul, due to its historical and cultural grace and its central location in Istanbul. It is privileged with the ease of transportation and the availability of luxurious social amenities, the thing that makes it one of the best places in Beyoglu municipality, where the famous shopping centres, commercial offices and five-star hotels are all available. And urban renewal of the old buildings in the region made the project very special.
• Its proximity to Taksim Square means that it is surrounded by all the archaeological and historical monuments in the area, and thus it is surrounded by the most luxurious five-star restaurants and hotels, including but not limited to Divan and Ramada.
• The project is situated in a strategic area where we can reach the Asian section across the Bosphorus strait in minutes, and access to Maslak, Levent, Taksim Square and other historical and tourist areas, and financial and business centers.

Transportation

• Access to most areas of Istanbul is very easy, due to the project's proximity to the well-known Taksim metro station, through which we can take Marmaray metro and go to the most beautiful areas of the Asian section, as well as wander around all regions of the European section. In addition to many transportation routes of different means of transportations designated for the area of Beyoglu, which pass to the rest of Istanbul.
• Beyoglu municipality is considered as one of the most inherent and inspiring municipalities in the city centre of Istanbul. It is served by all means of public transportation, including buses, metrobuses and metros.

Future look

• There are many mega construction projects that are being constructed near this complex by major Turkish construction companies. These projects vary between residential projects, commercial units, and shopping centres, which will increase the value of this area in the near future for sure.
