Service institutions

• The project is in a vital area due to its proximity to many private and public universities, as there is a gathering of universities in the municipality, including Mustafa Tahseen University, Yıldız Technical University, Altınbaş Private University, Istanbul Arel University, and Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University among others.
• There are many health institutions in close proximity to the project such as the State Hospital, Gungoren Specialist Hospital and Medipol Mega Hastanesi Hospital, which are among the largest private hospitals in Istanbul.
• There are many shopping malls next to the project such as Gungoren Mall, Mall of Istanbul and Mall 212.

Location

• The compound is located in Mahmut Bey area within Bağcılar Municipality on the European side of Istanbul.
• The project is located exactly beside one of the highways in Istanbul, known as BASSIN EXPRES, and a short distance from the E-5 line, as the metro bus is the main transportation hub.
• The project is located in an area close to the center of Istanbul if compared to projects in the west of Istanbul such as Bahçeşehir, Esenyurt and Beylikdüzü where it is only 18 minutes to reach Fatih Municipality or Mecidiyeköy and Taksim.
• A metro station is being constructed near the project, which will connect the Yenibosna area at the metro and metro bus station to Mall of Istanbul, which gives the project a real investment value.

Transportation

• The project is located near two transportation lines: the first is a metro linking the Kiralzi Yenikapı station, and the other is a tramway line next to the project linking Bağcılar municipality to the municipality of Zeytinburnu.
• Public transportation means such as buses are available near the project linking it with all areas of the city.
• The project is located near the E80 road through which a person can reach areas such as Al Fateh, Başakşehir or Beylikdüzü.

Future look

• The Municipality of Baıcılar is considered one of the investment areas in Istanbul, as it is one of the areas that fall under the Turkish government's plan to replace old random buildings with modern and organized ones or the so-called urbanization or reconstruction projects. This gives an indication that investors are looking to them to benefit from the government's investment plan, which is applied in most of Istanbul's municipalities such as Levent, Fatih, and Sultan Ghazi.
• The compound is considered one of the architectural icons within Istanbul, and the compound area is considered a strategic area because of its proximity to all major roads in the city, and it can be said that this complex will be one of the largest integrated compounds in terms of services and close to the third airport compared to other compounds.
