In an unprecedented achievement, Turkish Airlines announced that it transported over 85.2 million passengers during 2024, reinforcing its position as a global aviation leader. According to official data, the number of aircraft in its fleet increased to 492 planes, with a 8.2% rise in passenger capacity compared to the previous year. The company also achieved total revenues of $22.7 billion, marking an 8.2% growth compared to 2023.
Turkish Airlines operates flights to 352 destinations in 131 countries, making it one of the most widespread airlines globally. The company's General Manager, Bilal Ekşi, expressed his gratitude to all passengers, partners, and employees for their continued trust and support, stating that "Turkey is growing, and Turkish Airlines is soaring high."
