The World Bank has revised its forecast for Türkiye's economic growth in 2025 from 2.6% to 3.1%, highlighting growing confidence in the Turkish economy and strengthening investor interest—particularly in the real estate sector.
In a report released Wednesday, the Bank projected Türkiye’s economy would grow by 3.1% in 2025 and 3.6% in 2026, compared to previous forecasts of 2.6% and 3.8%, respectively.
Türkiye recorded 3.2% growth in 2024. The per capita GDP reached TRY 507,615 (approximately USD 15,463) at current prices in 2024.
This solid economic performance underlines Türkiye’s appeal to international investors, especially in the real estate market.
