Although April began with cold weather and unexpected snowfall, Türkiye is now preparing to welcome spring with milder temperatures and a climate that supports mobility and investment.
According to the latest report from the Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM), temperatures are expected to rise gradually starting this week, beginning in the western regions. Forecasts suggest they will surpass seasonal averages in the coming days.
Cities such as Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir will experience clear spring vibes with temperatures of 16°C, 19°C, and 21°C respectively. Meanwhile, Antalya and Adana are expected to reach 25°C.
However, rainfall is expected to continue in the Black Sea region, Eastern, and Southeastern Anatolia, while the interior may experience light snow and frost during nighttime.
This favorable shift in the weather presents a great opportunity for those interested in buying property or exploring real estate investments in Türkiye. Springtime facilitates real estate tours and offers investors a clearer perspective on projects and locations.
