The New Fees for Passports, IDs, and Licenses in Turkey 2025 – What Arab Investors Need to Know

Turkey’s Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced updated fees for official documents, effective January 1, 2025, as published in the Official Gazette.

The new fees include:

• Passport: 1,135 TL
• Residence Permit: 810 TL
• Notary Paperwork and Declarations: 125 TL
• Power of Attorney and Debt Instruments: 250 TL
• ID Card: 185 TL for issuance due to birth or changes, 370 TL for replacement due to loss.

These updates are crucial for Arab investors to plan their official transactions in Turkey.
