The Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2025 has concluded, marking one of Türkiye’s most significant political and diplomatic events. The forum welcomed over 6,000 participants from 155 countries, including 21 heads of state and government, and 64 ministers, along with leading figures from the global economic and diplomatic scene.
In a closing press conference, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan emphasized that the forum is now a global platform that addresses key political and economic developments, while offering new opportunities for international cooperation.
Held in the southern city of Antalya, the forum’s theme—“Upholding Diplomacy in a Divided World”—framed 50 sessions with representatives from 61 international organizations, focusing on how sustainable diplomacy can overcome crises.
Fidan also revealed ongoing preparations for a potential meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and former U.S. President Donald Trump, as well as Erdoğan’s intent to visit Syria, pointing to developments that may impact regional stability and Türkiye’s investment climate.
