Service institutions

• - There are many educational institutions in this district, including public and private schools and kindergartens, and Akdeniz State University is located in an adjacent and close area to the district of Kepez.
• - There are many public and private health institutions, including hospitals, medical centers and health centers, such as Kepez Public Hospital, which includes 400 beds equipped with the latest medical devices and smart systems. In addition to, Memorial Antalya Hospital, Akdeniz Shifa Hospital, and other hospitals and medical centers that provide services to the citizens of the region.
• - There are a number of shopping centers in this district, and the most important of which is the Mall of Antalya, which is located near to the International Antalya Airport and is the largest shopping center in the city. Also, there are a number of beautiful public parks and places of entertainment and tourism such as the nationwide famous Duden Waterfalls, which attract thousands of tourists annually.

Location

• - Kepez is a central district located in the center of Antalya, at the north of the two coastal regions of Muratpaşa and Konyaalti, and it is relatively close to the beaches of these two regions. Kepez is also relatively close to the Aegean fortress area, the old city.
• - Kepez, by virtue of its central location, is connected through a network of land lines with all regions of Antalya. Kepez is also located on the Afyon-Antalya-Alanya highway, to be completed in 2023, which will be the first highway in Antalya.

Transportation

• - Kepez district has a solid network of public transportation, as it has two tramway lines and a network of public and private bus lines.
• - Kepez is connected to the International Antalya Airport via the Expo-Fatih tramway line, and it is also connected via the same line to other central districts of Antalya and the International Expo Exhibition in Antalya.
• - Kepez hosts the Warsak-Autocar tramway line, which connects many of its vital areas with the otogar station (transfer station connects cities with countryside), and work is underway to connect this line with the Expo-Fatih tramway line to facilitate transportation to all regions of Antalya.
• - There are many public and private bus lines that connect all parts of Kepez with other regions of Antalya, and there are also minibuses that provide transportation services to the residents of the district.
• - Kepez hosts a very important stop and that is the Autocar station, from which bus travels takes off to the other cities of Turkey, as well as the travels between Antalya and its countryside so that Kepez is considered the gateway to Antalya to other cities.

Future look

• Kepez is one of the most vital districts in Antalya, and according to a study conducted on the best-selling areas of real estate in Turkey, Kepez was the second largest selling region of real estate in the country.
• Kepez is witnessing many luxurious real estate projects, and the region has for some time become a center for attracting the largest real estate development companies in Turkey. Kepez is observing an urban transformation projects that switch the old neighborhoods and homes into large modern residential projects and complexes, which enhance the real estate value of the region.
